Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this period, and you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once notified, you must return the goods within 14 days at your own cost unless the item is faulty. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@ovrstk.co.uk and we do our best to help. Some products are end of line, meaning that we will not be receiving more stock. In this instance we will issue a full refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us to request a return label and send your item to the address provided.

Unless your item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
